Fantastic service, all the guys at Factory Sound were knowledgeable, patient and helpful in me choosing the right speakers. A huge outlay and big decision for me. Special thanks to Dean for doing me an awesome deal. Can’t beat the service, nice to deal with a bricks and mortar store.

Claude from factory sound served me the other day when I wanted to buy speakers. He spent so much time talking to me and explaining what different brands can offer. He even gave me advice on how to run them. Very professional, and I will most likely be buying from them again! Thank you so much for all your help. Highly recommend factory sound for all your sound needs! 10/10

The only place to buy pro audio gear from. Been coming here for over 20 years, and a lot of the same staff still look after me. Says a lot about their business. The best service, advice and gear every single time. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it for you. No need to worry about pricing, theirs is ALWAYS the best. All the staff go out of their way to help you, and will always get back to you. Cant’ recommend this place enough, 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough.

Quick service and reasonable price. Angus was helpful and transparent. 20/07/23 Update. I had an issue with some equipment that I purchased from these guys, and true to form, they were supportive and gave me consistent feedback on the progress of my concern. Elliot and Darren were incredibly committed to getting me a satisfactory result. I have recommended Factory Sound to my mates because I actually believe that they will be taken care of.

I had an outstanding experience with Mike at Factory Sound in South Melbourne! After purchasing a product that I couldn’t get to work at home, Mike went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in guiding me through the setup. Thanks to his expertise, my system is now working perfectly, and he made the whole process so much easier. Mike even encouraged me to reach out if I had any further issues, which gave me great peace of mind. I recently reached out to Factory Sound for quotes on a sound system, and although I didn’t end up going with them due to logistical and timeline constraints (which was no fault of their own, but ours), I was really impressed with their service. Elliott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and provide solid advice and a very competitive price. There are places that often stock cheaper, but nowhere near the same amount of range, and from my experience they are very transparent on what they can and can't do for you. One other word: Jeremy.

"Really nice guys to deal with, they really know their stuff about the equipment. They offer the best prices for professional products. Today, I went to their Sydney warehouse to pick up my RCF ART 912A. The staff informed me over the phone that they were closing at 4 pm, and I explained that I couldn't make it there on time. Then, the professional, Mr. Claude, told me they could wait for one more hour. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, I ended up purchasing an extra RCF SUB that was not originally in my inventory today."

Walked in today and was immediately greeted by very happy and positive staff. Served by Mike who helped out with many options and gave me the time to rest multiple microphones. Thanks again for the great service
